Nikki Gallichio, Accounting Consultant
Nikki Gallichio is a Chicago-based CPA and QuickBooks ProAdvisor with expertise in accounting, audit, and evaluating risks and controls. She has been with the AADB for over 5 years. Nikki spent the majority of her career in the internal audit arena focusing on process improvement, risk, and controls. She began her career in a regional CPA firm, where she worked right alongside business owners and entrepreneurs. With her diverse and unique background and passion to work with small and mid-size businesses, she provides individualized value-added bookkeeping and accounting services to our nonprofit association.
Mary Jane Hanlon, RDH, DMD, MBA, Project Manager
The AADB Board of Directors would like to welcome Dr. Mary Jane Hanlon to the AADB team as the primary contact for the Remediate+ program. She is reaching out to dental boards to explain how this complimentary service to offer mandated re-education can support dental boards in their mission to protect the public. Dr. Hanlon has a long and varied background in dentistry, including dental receptionist, dental assistant, and dental hygienist. She started a practice from scratch in Lexington, MA, where she would work for fifteen years which ultimately led her to pursue an MBA from Suffolk University in 2012. She later became the Associate Dean of Clinical Affair at Tufts University.
Austin Klei, Information Technology Expert
Austin is our Information Technology Expert who has worked with the AADB since 2019. He has experience supporting small and medium-sized businesses as well as enterprise companies. Austin is an ambitious leader with a demonstrated business and extensive technical background in software development; significant experience collaborating in dynamic, fast-moving, time-sensitive environments to achieve collective and individual goals.

Stephanie Rojas, Director of Operations
Stephanie has been with the AADB since May 2017. She is currently our Director of Operations and is responsible for monitoring the financial accounts, clearinghouse, self-query, membership progress, Board Order submissions to the Clearinghouse, and monthly board reports.

Jill Schultz, Director of Strategic Initiatives
Jill joined the AADB in May 2022. Building on her career in Executive Administrative Business Management and Partnership in the medical and dental industries, Jill has transitioned into a new career as the Director of Strategic Initiatives. Jill comes to the AADB with a background in developing and providing processes and management and is excited about combining her education and experience to help manage dynamic content and navigate the expansion of AADB's reach in the dental community.
Victoria Scott, Content Editor
Victoria Scott has been a content editor for AADB since June 2019. She graduated from the University of Guelph with a degree in Honors English and has worked in various writing and editing roles in the industry. She is responsible for the AADB Weekly Update, curating and building content for the publication on a weekly basis.
Tonia Socha-Mower, MBA, EdD, Chief Executive Officer
A pioneer in the public health arena, Tonia is the Chief Executive Officer of the American Association of Dental Boards (AADB). She initially gained attention when she started the first dental clinic in the United States that was embedded in a medical and mental health clinic in a student health center to offer comprehensive care. She ultimately was promoted to Director of Student Health, where she managed the medical, dental, and counseling departments at Morehead State University. Governor Steven Beshear also appointed her to the Kentucky Board of Dentistry and now she manages the national association. Driven by a passion to help others, Tonia is best known for inspiring change and developing creative solutions to obstacles. Recently, she was asked to be part of a panel to speak to 200 other association Executive Directors and Chief Executive Officers about how to manage the financial consequences of COVID-19.
